Known for its combination of aerobics and Latin-style dancing, Zumba is one of the most fun and interesting ways to get in shape. Beginners and special-needs would-be dancers will find this class a great way to get into shape, since Zumba is known the world over for its role in getting people fir while having fun.
Liz Garces, a licensed, expert Zumba instructor since 2007, created this class for members of the special needs community as well as for absolute beginners looking to stay fit and have fun mixing elements of salsa, merengue and much more along with aerobics to get you back into shape!
The class is every Monday at 1 p.m. on Mondays at University Community Branch Library until December 21.
