Trail Maintenance Event
The Batiquitos Lagoon Foundation is inviting everyone to participate at the Trail Maintenance Event happening on Saturday, June 20, 2015. The event starts at 9:00 in the morning and ends at 12:00 noon at the Batiquitos Lagoon, P.O. Box 130491, Carlsbad, California.
Participants will be meeting up at the Nature Center. No advance registration is required. Interested parties may just show up at the venue. Attendees can be given work hour certification if needed. Guests will be removing invasive plants as well as trash from the sensitive salt marsh habitat and ecological reserve as well as fixing things at the Nature Center building.
It is advised that interested parties show up wearing long sleeve shirt and pants, closed-toe shoes, hat, and gloves.
