The good news is that SDGBC is looking for excited riders for the 9th Annual Bike The Bay. Once again, we will be holding the non-competitive bike ride circling the bay of San Diego. We are expecting close to a little more than 3,000 people to cheer on riders and support the community. All ages are welcome to try their hand at 25 miles of nearly flat terrain, which starts at the Embarcadero Marina Park South-Harbor Drive.
The official start time of the race is 7 am and runs through 2 pm on the 28th of August. Riders need to register beforehand and be at the starting line by 6:30 am sharp. Proceeds benefit the Bicycle Coalition of San Diego. After the race you’re all invited to party with festival food, entertainment and a beer garden.
