The Spring Valley Library Festival or Fiesta is a celebration of Latino Heritage Month. The festival presents events and activities for people of all ages. The festival is a brilliant scene where the public gather, celebrate the month of Latino Heritage, and benefit from art, dance and musical cultural expressions. Its also the perfect way to get away from the norm and relax.
This year’s event will be held at the Spring Valley Library, 836 Kempton Street, Spring Valley, CA 91977 on September 24th, Saturday, starting from 1p.m. till 4 p.m. Presentations at the festival will include Mariachi Del Pacifico, Danza Azteca Calpulli Mexihca of San Diego, Ballet Folklorico and the Low Rider Car display. Children may also engage in activities like face painting and crafts.
