Lunar New Year at SeaWorld

San Diego Sunroad Marina Boat Show
Start your year with a bang! Be part of San Diego Sunroad Marina Boat Show at the Point Loma Peninsula on January 25 – 28, 2018. Experience boat rides, libations and so much more! If you’re a boater or a boat lover, don’t miss this once a year event!
The San Diego Sunroad Marina Boat Show will be in the Sunroad Resort Marina, located downtown at 955 Harbor Island. Show hours are: Thursday, January 25 from Noon to 6 p.m., Friday, January 26 from Noon to 6 p.m., Saturday, January 27 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Sunday, January 28 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
In addition to the tremendous boats, there will also be a plethora of marine vendors and electronics with the latest nautical products and services, boating seminars, as well as food and beverages for attendees to enjoy a day on San Diego Bay.

San Diego Bay Parade of Lights

Feast your eyes on more than 80 boats lavishly decorated sailing by the shores! Expect a festive and delightful experience for all.
Presented by the Port of San Diego, the San Diego Bay Parade of Lights brings more than 100,000 San Diego residents and visitors to the shores of San Diego Bay each year. The procession of approximately 80 lavishly decorated boats has become one of the most iconic events in the region.
This year, for the 2nd time, the parade will proceed to the pier at Cesar Chavez Park before making the turn to Coronado, giving spectators another area to view the parade.

Running of the Turkeys 10K Trail Run
Let us help you burn a few calories before overloading on Pumpkin Pie! Join us for our annual Running for the Turkeys 10k Trail Run on November 23, 2017 at the Torrey Hills Neighborhood Park and we will take you through rolling hills of Penasquitos Canyon on wide dirt trails with a fun little water crossing. Trick or Trot 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run
Get ready and prepare your costumes for the 4th annual Trick or Trot 5k and 1 mile Fun Run on October 29, 2017 at the Morley Field. We promise a spooktacular fun for the whole family plus a lot of prizes! All proceeds benefitting the after-school enrichment programs at Roosevelt International Baccalaureate Middle School. Register now!
Pumpkin decorating and a Pumpkin sprint are also part of the fun activities. Individuals and families alike are encouraged to participate. Race packet pickup begins at 8:00 AM at 2221 Morley Field (next to the baseball fields).
