San Diego Bird Festival

The San Diego Bird Festival celebrates the birds and habitats of San Diego county. The San Diego Audubon Society is celebrating the birds and habitats of our county, which truly offer some of the best birding in the United States, on February 17-21, 2021.

In a world where social media and smart devices seem to be taking over, birds are a lovely reminder that the world is full of real experiences. All you need to do is Look Up!

Know that your experience is giving something back to the birds: the proceeds of this festival support the education, conservation, and sanctuary programs of San Diego Audubon Society. We thank you for your support, and hope to meet you at the Festival.

If you are interested in being involved in the 2021 San Diego Bird Festival as a volunteer, vendor, sponsor, speaker or leader, please contact them – visit sandiegoaudubon.org

Their scheduled shows will run four nights each week, Thursday through Sunday at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 7 p.m., from December 3-20. Don’t forget to enjoy this awesome event!

New for this holiday season, families can take pictures with life-sized photo props including Santa, the Snowman, Elsa and Olaf which will be located throughout Village Walk at Eastlake on the same days as the snowfall.

The man-made snow flurries, which dissipate upon touch, draws holiday visitors from throughout San Diego County, some to see their first snowfall and others to recall Christmas holidays in colder climates. The eco-friendly MagicSnow vanishes upon contact, leaving no residue. MagicSnow, which developed snow-themed productions for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Universal Studios Theme Park, and the Christmas Spectacular starring the Radio City Rockettes, is producing the custom snowfall experience at Village Walk at Eastlake.
